Structural alterations of organs which participate in reproductive system development in girls aged 15-17 years with connective tissue hereditary disorders

Abstarct: The author considered the peculiarities of echographic picture of reproductive organs, thyroid and mammary glands in 230 girls aged 15-17 years with connective tissue hereditary disorders. Echographic alterations of reproductive system organs were revealed in these patients on the background of diffuse lesions of thyroid gland, dyshormonal hyperplasia and cysts of mammary glands. These alterations were characterized by high incidence of womb hypoplasia, ovary size diminishment and cystic alterations.
