ТНЕ PECULIARITIES ОF HEMODYNAMIC AND RНEOLOGIC INDICES IN CHILDREN WITH LEGG-CALVE-PERTES DISEASE
- Keywords
- children, hip joint diseases, stages, Legg-Calve-Pertes disease, hemodynamic&rheologic indices
- Abstarct
- 77 children with Legg-Calve-Pertes disease were examined. It was revealed that the onset of the disease in I-II stages was connected with the diminishment of the diameter of arteries rounded the neckof the femur and with the venous dilatation in rounding veins. These alterations resulted in vascular blockformation (stenosis of II stage). This fact in combination with erythrocyte aggregation increase (higher than 1,65 conditional units) and non-aggregated erythrocyte number decrease (less than 71%) resulted in severe disorders of rheologic hemostasis.
