Abstarct

Authors presented the results of the analysis of lethal outcomes in diffuse peritonitis depending оn patient hospitalization term, direct cause of peritoneum inflammation, presence of tactic and diagnostic errors. Ingenuous causes of unfavorable outcome were stated according to the autopsy results.
