MYOCARDIUM РATHOMORPHOLOGY IN DECEASED FROM ISCHEMIA AND DIABETES MELLITUS

Abstarct

Heart structural functional alter ations were studied in 84 deceased from myocardial infarction which was developed оn the background of diabetes mellitus. Authors revealed the indications of diabetic macro- and microangiopathy in the myocardium vascular channel, the peculiarities of myocardium infarction foci and myocardium lesions in intacted zones. Pathomorphological criteria of diabetic cardiomyopathy which was formed inischemia were specified.
