SELF-DEPENDENT WORK AS A DEVELOPMENTAL MEAN OF STUDENTS OCCUPATIONAL COMPETENCE

- Authors substantiate the necessity of the transition from «knowledge» (with orientation to disciplines) model of educational process formation to «competence» model where self-dependent students work has the determinant significance, the latter one is regulated by the new standards. Also the necessity to develop the complex of didactic-and-methodical conditions is grounded and these conditions are to provide the successful self-dependent students work. Types of self-dependent works are scrutinized; chairs functions in self-dependent students work are detected; components of methodical, didactic and diagnostic provision are described; process management structure, approaches to the process & result monitoring, control of forms and methods of self-dependent students work are suggested.
