- The objective is to assess the frequency of informative and educational technologies (IET) application in primary health care organisations of Krasnoyarsk Krai to realize a new model considering the territorial remoteness of medical organisations (MOs) from the regional centre. Material and Methods. Statistical forms of the Krasnoyarsk region in the period from 2019 to 2024 were the source of information. The research involved 111 units of MO providing medical care to adult and paediatric population of Krasnoyarsk Krai through introducing new models during the study period. Results and Discussion. MO subdivisions located at a distance of more than 250 km from the administrative centre of Krasnoyarsk Krai were found to be statistically less involved in informative and educational activities (p < 0.01). The correlation analysis of the final rating of the new MO model introduction and the number of the performed telecommunication activities indicates a direct statistically significant linear relationship of moderate strength (r = 0.547, p < 0.001). Conclusion. Limited visits to hard-to-reach areas located more than 450 km from the regional centre are due to their remoteness, difficult climatic and geographical conditions and insufficient resources of the supervisory body. Video conferences are rarely held in MO units located more than 250 km away from the regional centre due to the low involvement of employees from these units and the limited availability of digital technologies required for remote format of interaction.
