TECHNOLOGY OF INSTRUMENTAL TRAINING OF WALKING FUNCTION IN REHABILITATION PROGRAMS IN PATIENTS OF TRAUMATOLOGICAL&ORTHOPEDIC PROFILES

Abstarct: The objective technology of walking function training based upon inertial sensors with usage of biological feed back technique is described. The application of wireless sensors in “Stadis” complex allows to control walking parameters in real time visualizing both initial numbers and the asymmetry between temporary, spatial and kinematic parameters of lower limbs’ motion in walking. Step-by-step algorithm for training is suggested, its effi cacy in rehabilitation programs for patients of traumatological&orthopedic profi les is demonstrated
