- Objective – to evaluate the structure of urgent states and the frequency of urgent operative interventions in gynecological pathology. Material and methods. The study was performed at Ivanovo Research Institute of Maternity and Childhood by V.N.Gorodkov of the Ministry of Health Care of the Russian Federation. The treatment of 473 women who were urgently admitted to the hospital with diagnosis «acute abdomen» in 2018-2020 was analyzed. Results and discussion. Ectopic pregnancy (67,4 %), ovarian apoplexy (25,1 %), adnexal torsion (5 %) were the most frequent operations. Tubectomy was performed in all patients with ectopic pregnancy diagnosis, in 72,2 % cases – by laparoscopic access. Organ-conservative laparoscopic operations were performed in 95 % cases in patients with ovarian apoplexy. Laparoscopic operations were performed in 91,8 % cases of surgical treatment for urgent gynecological pathology. Conclusion. The analysis of surgical tactics in women with acute abdomen demonstrated the prevalence of laparoscopic access which was proved to be the “golden standard” among surgical techniques in this status.
