INFLUENCE OF ENVIRONMENT POLLUTION FACTORS ON KIDNEY MORPHOFUNCTIONAL STATUS IN CHILDREN

Abstarct: The analysis of ecological trouble influence on epidemiology of urinary system diseases in children is presented. The mechanisms of kidney injury in exotoxicant exposure and nephrotoxic effects of the most significant environment pollutants (cadmium, lead, mercury, arcenic, chromium, strontium, chlorine organic compounds) are considered. The role of kidneys in xenobiotic elimination from the organism and the mechanisms of this process are analyzed. Clinical manifestations, alterations of laboratory parameters and pathomorphological picture of econephropathy in childhood are described.
