TECHNIQUES OF ADENOMYOSIS DIAGNOSIS: PECULIARITIES OF APPLICATION AND EFFICACY

Abstarct: Retrospective analysis of the results obtained after application of adenomyosis diagnosis techniques: ultrasound examination, magnetic resonance imaging, hysteroscopy was performed in 30 women with adenomyosis; these results were verified later on in histological examination after hysterectomy in the clinic of Federal State Budgetary Institution “Ivanovo Research Institute of Maternity&Childhood by V.N.Gorodkov” of the Ministry of Health Care of the Russian Federation. The diagnosis tactics was discussed with due regard to age and reproductive plans of the patients.
