SURGICAL TREATMENT IN PATIENTS WITH EXTRA-ARTICULAR FEMUR FRACTURES

Abstarct

The results of osteosuture techniques usage by different metal constructions in patients with extra-articular fractures of proximal and distal parts of femur were analyzed. The outcome estimation system (OES-1) was used for the evaluation of operation outcomes in the nearest and long-term periods. External fixation allowed to obtain the best results of the treatment in distal femur fractures and intramedullar fixation allowed to obtain the best results in proximal femur fractures.
