THE EXPERIENCE OF URGENT AND PLANNED CONSULTATIVE MEDICAL AID UNIT WORK IN WOMEN WITH PREGNANCY AND ACUTE APPENDICITIS

- The authors analyzed case histories of 108 pregnant women with acute appendicitis who were con- sulted by the specialists of urgent and planned consultative unit (aviation medicine) in 1975-2011 years. The obtained results allowed to come to the conclusion that it was advisable to insert an obstetrician-gynecologist in the consultation board in hospitalization of pregnant women with acute appendicitis. Jointly selected rational me- dicinal tactics in the treatment for the pregnant women with acute appendicitis improved the diagnosis and direct results of the surgical treatment.
