- Abstarct
- The authors examined the influence of uteroplacental circulation disorder on catecholamines content and monoamine oxidase activity in brain and liver of fetus and newborn in rats. It was demonstrated that antenatal hypoxia on the background of desaminase activity resulted in the reliable alteration in adrenaline, noradrenaline and dopamine content in the examined groups in comparison with the control groups; and the revealed changes had contradictory and dissimilar character.
