Сonnective tissue dysplasia: way to diagnosis

Abstarct: The authors tried to unify the approaches to connective tissue dysplasia diagnosis and the most significant phenotypes in children. That’s why the most specific for connective tissue dysplasia external and visceral small developmental anomalies were considered; index of external and visceral parameters of connective tissue systemic involvement was presented. Also the algorithms of diagnosis and determination of phenotypes, increased visceral stigmatization and joint benign hypermobility were given.
