The differentiated approach to the diagnosis of pain syndrome in postoperative period in patients after primary hip joint endoprostheses

Abstarct: The pathogenesis of acute and chronic pain in patients with coxarthrosis is considered by the authors who used medical literature and their own observations. The most frequent etiopathogenic causes of pain syndrome development in patients after hip joint arthroplasty are defined. It is recommended to outline articular and extraarticular pain sourses; it allows to choose and to correct performed rehabilitation measures purposefully. The authors suggested the differentiated-and-diagnostic table in which they singled out the basic features of pain syndrome possible sourses in postoperative period in such patients.
