- Rare congenital heart failure - Ebstein anomaly - was revealed in patient aged 71 years for the first time. This clinical case was described as follows: failure in the form of secondary central defect of interatrial septum and tricuspid valve development anomaly with failure of the 3rd stage which was complicated by secondary lung hypertension and cardiac rhythm disorders.
