Comporative characteristics of microcirculation disorders in arterial hypertension and its correlation with ischemic heart disease
- Keywords
- arterial hypertension, microcirculation, pulse wave diffusion velocity, laser dopplerflowmetry
- Abstarct
- The study was devoted to the evaluation of peripheral vessels status in arterial hypertension of II stage by the determination of pulse wave velocity diffusion and microcirculation parameters by laser dopplerflowmetry. It was stated that the elasticity of vascular wall was decreased, there were microcirculatory disorders predominantly of functional character in the patients examined in comparison with control group. These disorders testified to vasoconstriction signs presence and prevalence of pathological hemodynamic types of microcirculation. These alterations were apparently correlated, had pathogenetic significance in progressing of target organs lesion and this fact grounded the necessity of differentiated approach to diagnosis and treatment for the disease.
