The concept of the techniques included the sequence of diagnostic and medicinal influence. For all this the efficacy of the treatment for choledocholithiasis was marked in 92,4% patients. Techniques of endoscopic retrograde interventions for temporary and final biliary decompression in strictures of malignant and benign genesis were successful in 85,5% cases.
