Abstarct

Тhе results of the treatment for total-subtotal pancreonecrosis in 112 patients aged 20-76 years were analyzed in order to evaluate the possibilities of conservative and minimally invasive treatment at early stages of the disease. It was stated that the lethality in conservative treatment was amounting to 5,1% and in minimally invasive techniques - to 3,2%.
