Abstarct

The possibilities of antegrade papillosphincterotomy use in choledocholithiasis are underestimated. There are several reports about rare observations. Authors describe the clinical case of successful use of transcutaneous transhepatic papillosphincterotomy in recurring choledocholithiasis in the elderly patient with high risk of operative treatment and ineffi cacy of retrograde endoscopic papillosphincterortomy.
