Abstarct

Patient state severity degrees at prehospital stage are defi ned. This defi nition takes into account the dynamics of patients abilities to communication and motion under the infl uence of acute disease or exacerbation of chronic disease and interaction between these abilities and functioning of vitally important systems (central nervous system, cardiovascular and respiratory systems).
