- Keywords

- Abstarct
- Hemostasis system examination was made in 49 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis of lower limbs arteries of femoral-popliteal-tibial localization at III-IV stages. Hemostasis system activation with hypercoagulation development (growth of thrombocytes aggregation activity, increase of fi brinogen content, fi brin degradation products, soluble fi brinmonomeric complexes, D-dimers, thrombocytic factors was revealed in preand postoperative periods. Sulodexide administration had positive infl uence on both links of hemostasis system since it exerted antithrombotic, profi brinolytic, anticoagulant and vasoprotective actions simultaneously.
