PECULIARIТIES ОF VEGETАТIVE REGULAТION IN CHILDREN UNDER SCHOOL AGE WITН LATENT TUBERCULOSIS INFECТION
- Keywords
- under school age, latent tuberculosis infection, tuberculosis, cardiointervalography, VNS-spectrography
- Abstarct
- 96 children aged 4-7 years among them 38 children under school age with latent tuberculosis infection (LТI), 26 children suffered from active tuberculosis of intrathoracic lymph nodes (ILNT) and 32 healthy children were examined by cardiointervalography and VNS-spectrography. It was revealed that children under school age with LТI had marked alterations in the structure of vegetative regulation in the form of sympathicotonia or hypersympathicotonia against the background of the remained characteristics of heart rhythm variability in contrary to the patients with ILNT in which sympathicotonia was combined with the decrease of vagal influences оn heart rhythm regulation and was followed by wave structure characteristics changes. Vegetative adaptation processes were essentially reduced in children with LТI and in children with ILNT and it was associated with significant specific share of asympathicotonic vegetative reactivity in both groups.
