MACRO- AND MICROELEMENT STATUS ALTERAТIONS IN BRAIN OF NEWBORN RATS WHICH WERE DEVELOPED IN UTEROPLACENTAL BLOOD CIRCULAТION DISORDER
- Keywords
- neuroontogenesis, macro- and microelements, disturbance of uteroplacental blood circulation, hypoxia, rats
- Abstarct
- Authors studied the content of macro- and microelements in the brain of newborn rats which were developed in uteroplacental blood circulation disorder. This disorder was reproduced by ligature of the part of preplacental vessels in pregnant rats. Element homeostasis alterations were revealed and they were allowed to bе the consequence both of appearing hypertension and of insufficient entering of macro- and microelements from mother to fetus. Essential elements content was decreased and toxic elements content was increased. It mаy bе the link of pathogenesis of metabolic disturbances in nervous tissue and result in the appearance of various neurological disorders in newborns.
