CONTENTMENT OF PSYCHIATRIC SERVICE MEDICAL PERSONNEL WITH THEIR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITIES

- Contentment with professional activities was determined upon the results of the questionnaire which was based upon the evaluation of several factors by psychiatric service medical personnel. These factors were combined in three groups as follows: determining general motivation of professional activities (importance and prestige of the profession, kind of professional activities), determining organizational constituent part of labor process (labor organization, sanitary and hygienic conditions, wages rate, possibility of qualification improvement, administration attitude) and determining personal preferences (colleagues interrelationship, meeting the requirements in contacts and collective activities, meeting the requirements in personal peculiarities realization, creative possibilities). Data obtained after questionnaire of various professional groups (psychiatrists and nurses) were compared.
