Abstarct: The authors presented the information upon the International classification of functioning, disability and health as the important unified method of human status estimation from medical and social points of view. Particular attention was paid to its role determination in the organization of rehabilitation process for each concrete patient by the members of multidisciplinary team and also in the solution of scientific and research tasks, economic and statistic analysis of health status level, morbidity and invalidization of population and in medical and social examination by commission of experts.
