Abstarct

The treatment for femur proximal zone fractures is one of the complicated and actual trends in trauma- tology. There are many techniques and metal constructions for femur fractures treatment. The authors describe a clinical case of selection and usage of metal construction for femur osteosynthesis by computer simulation of osteosuture. Good therapeutic results were obtained after the operative intervention. The authors made the con- clusion about full conformity of the computer simulation results and the result obtained.
