THE PECULIARITIES OF AORTA ABDOMINAL ZONE REMODELING IN ARTERIAL HYPERTENSION

Abstarct: The determination of aorta abdominal zone remodeling types in patients with arterial hypertension by two-dimensional sonography was the aim of the study. The data of two-dimensional sonography of aorta suprare- nal and infrarenal zones and transthoracic echocardiography were analyzed in 177 patients with arterial hyperten- sion. Concentric hypertrophic remodeling of aorta suprarenal zone and concentric eutrophic remodeling of aorta infrarenal zone were proved to be the most favorable remodeling types. Eccentric hypertrophic remodeling of abdominal aorta was proved to be unfavorable type.
