The possibilities of rehabilitation quality improvement in patients with prolonged extrahospital pneumonia

Abstarct: The microbiocenosis peculiarities of respiratory tract mucosa were evaluated in patients with prolonged extrahospital pneumonia (60 persons). The disturbances of microbiological equilibrium due to high concentration of relatively pathogenic and pathogenic hemolytic streptococcus were revealed. It was suggested to use laser therapy as complex treatment for respiratory dysbios in prolonged extrahospital pneumonia. The possibilities of rehabilitation quality improvement in patients with prolonged pneumonia in dysbiotic disturbances correction were demonstrated.
