NITRIC OXIDE PRODUCTION INDICES IN ONTOGENESIS UNDER ANTENATAL HYPOXIA IN RATS

- The peculiarities of nitric oxide metabolism in the brain of fetus and newborns in experimental disorder of uteroplacental blood circulation were investigated. It was stated that the activation of nitrite reductase component of nitric oxide cycle was the most probable cause of NO hyperproduction and this fact had the practical signifi cance for its cytotoxic effect correction.
