Abstarct

Peculiarities of clinical variants of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) debut are studied by comparing them in patients with early RA and with long-term RA. The options are determined and they require patient state monitoring before diagnosis confi rmation; it is connected with the possibility of RA presence in the mask of other disease.
