USE OF SEMISYNTHEТIC DIOSMINE IN ТНЕ TREATMENT FOR VARICOSE DISEASE OF LOWER LIMBS IN PREGNANTS

Abstarct

Authors examined 70 women with placental insufficiency against the background of varicose disease of lower limbs who received complex etiotropic therapy with antiaggregate, antihypoxic, rnetabolic preparations in cornbination with angioprotector - diosrnine - Flebodia 600. It was determined that dopplerometric characteristics of blood flow in uteroplacental complex in patients had positive dynamics and this fact testified to the improvernent of placenta function and fetus status. It was proved that the treatment of placental insufficiency in varicose disease with the administration of Flebodia 600 into traditional therapy supplied valuable correction of disorders and substantially increased the chances for giving birth to alive and healthy babies.
