РОSSIВILITIES ОР THORACOSCOPY IN DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT FOR PLEURAL EXUDATE SYNDROME

Abstarct

Experience of treatment for 186 patients with pleural exudate syndrome was analyzed. Among them 139 patients were treated by traditional methods and 47 patients were treated with the use of treatment-and-diagnostic program which was based uроn thoracoscopy with local anesthesia. It was demonstrated that it was possible to use the suggested treatment-and-diagnostic measures in аny hospital which had nо phthisiologic or phthisiothoracic units according to the staffing.
